11:00am (Session 1) Yoga Class with Daphne Murphy
Class Description at 11:00AM: This is a multi-level class that combines breath with movement through a series of poses. Vinyasa is a perfect balance of mind body as you will gain flexibility, strength, and endurance through the physical poses, while the breath work helps strengthen the cardiovascular system and lowers blood pressure. Mentally you will gain a more meditative state of mind and focus as you flow from one pose to the next with each breath. This class is open to all, as options will be provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.
