1:30pm (Session 2) Yoga Class with Daphne Murphy
Class Description 1:30PM: This class is presented in a vinyasa sequence where one pose flows to the next in a slower more relaxed pace. The practice focuses on connecting the breath to the movement, while breaking down certain poses and sequences. Yoga Basics will benefit you by building strength, increase flexibility, reduce stress, balance the body and mind, and develop proper body alignment. This is a great class if you are new to yoga, rehabilitating from injury, or just want to strengthen your practice.
